I have worked extensively in organizations, large and small in roles focused on revenue growth - ranging from product strategy, go to market strategy, sales leader and coaching. I am an outstanding mentor and enjoy making teams and individuals successful.
My Approach
One of the critical questions to answer is "why DON'T people buy what you're selling"? I start with the customer and the market and I work backwards into the organization to evaluate every element of the revenue process. I use a very hands-on and inclusive approach.
